DC Medium Lifter
(for standard props)

The DC Medium Lifter is the same mechanism as our heavy lifter, but engineered to animate lighter props (up to 30-40 lbs safely) from a starting point of 12" up to 34" (22" of travel).

This lifter is designed as an "all around" lifter for haunt use, and can be used in a wide range of applications.

The lifter lifts up, and comes forward toward the viewer, so this is a perfect armature for use behind a bush, tombstone, or other faced item.

DC Light Lifter
(for lightweight props)

The The DC Light Lifter was designed to animate simple props such as foam heads with masks, or upper body props that do not require alot of lifting force. The light lifter is engineered to operate a 20" travel from a starting point of 10" up to 30" (lifter platform height).

The light lifter is smaller and a much simpler design then the other lifters which makes it a great introductory armature for first time users that have wanted to get into haunting with air, but did not require large heavy duty mechanisms. Its simplistic design allows a lower price, while still achieving the strength, durability, and ease of use as the entire DC line of armatures.

The DC vertical mover is a vertical slide platform that provides 17" of vertical movement, while removing all side to side movement and stress that is placed on a cylinder rod during movement. The mechanism houses a 17" cylinder between two solid steel guides that provide an extremely smooth movement with a very strong and stable mounting surface(the travel on this mechanism can be customized up to 48" per clients request for an additional charge).

Commonly used inside wine barrels, or to lift partial coffins vertically.

DC Barrel Lifter

The Barrel lifter is a modified lifter similar to our trash can and wall mount lifters, but designed for use in a standard 55 gallon steel drum. The lifter utilizes the barrels strength as its main mounting surface and utilizes this support to minimize room within the barrel, in turn allowing larger props to fit within the tight space. Best of all it can be used (and was designed specifically for) use under water.

The lifter includes two welded mounting brackets that connect into the barrels wall and approximately 40' of tubing to route the valve far away from the barrel. This setup includes a 24V valve setup with 110V transformer, to minimize any risk of shock if used in conjunction with water. However the wall mount transformer must be placed away from and mounted securely to a wall, away from areas that may come in contact with water.

Lifter provides 24" of vertical movement measured from the top of the mounting platform (designed to completely submerge a full bucky torso).

DC Electric Chair Victim with Custom Wheel Chair

"Twitch" as we like to call him is a brand new Electric Chair armature housed within a Ghost Ride body form. It also features a latex host ride head and "curl" hands. He was originally going to go in our haunt, but due to the violent movement and different theme, we never ended up using him. The chair was used for our cripple prop. We have a prisoner outfit and straight jacket that will be included.

The Wheel chair is custom hand built based off an antique wheelchair. It is a solid steel frame with hard wood inlays. Approx 40hrs of fabrication went into the chair.

Includes pre-programmed Hauntbots controller with infrared sensor and all pneumatics.

Spider Victim

The Spider Victim is a custom erratic moving character that is suspended from the ceiling via a large cocoon of faux spider webs. Movements include moving head tilt, kicking legs, leaning torso and 2 movement outreaching arm. Custom audio track also included.

The prop is build around a custom DC erratic hangman kicker, Ghost Ride Body form, Ghost ride hands, and Midnight Ghoul head. It is coated in multiple layers of latex and cheesecloth and finished in a coat of latex coated webs (approx 3 gallons of heavy mold builders latex were used in webbing this guy in @ $75 a gallon). We recommend spraying the character and surroundings with additional webs to make it more realistic. Materials alone w/o any labor ran $3800.

All SMC 24V 2100 series valves, wiring, & tubing are included. No controller is included, but one can be added for an additional charge.

"RIP" Tombstone

The DC RIP Tombstone is an oversized tombstone that houses a half toe pincher coffin that rises up from behind the tomb 24"; exposing your prop (corpse not included) surrounded in a plush red satin lined coffin. Plywood and 2x4 framed coffin with steel and polyethylene guided lift mechanism. The tombstone is painted in multiple coats of granite paint, and sealed with UV resistant clear coat.

The RIP is illuminated from above with green rope light. It has been used in our haunt for 5years but is in great condition. Coffin folds into tombstone for compact storage.

This prop can be manually controlled via a hand held trigger or wireless hand held trigger - or automated with a simple controller (add $120).

Requires 100psi air supply, 110V power and a controller is recommended.

Two Way Mirror Corpse

Used in our indoor morgue for 2 seasons (approx 12 days) this Large 2 way mirror with antique picture frame appears to be a standard mirror until controller detects movement, then main light (in your room) turns off, and light behind mirror turns on, exposing the red eyed evil skele. Price includes Prop1 controller with two 110V relays (one normally on, and the other normally off), power supply, controller case, all wiring and Infrared Sensor. Corpsed and antiqued bucky torso (included) mounts to wall behind mirror.

VERY Minor scuffs/scratches on mirror. Acrylic Mirror (w/o frame) cost $450 alone!

Tombstone Popper

Used in our outdoor cemetery scene last year, this tombstone popper is a simple vertical lifter ($440) that has a ExMortis tombstone ($85), Ghostride "haunted man" head ($99 ), pre-programed prop 1 controller, audio player, speaker, and PIR.

When triggered, the audio player plays a cool disney-esque scream and the head pops up from behind the tombstone. It also has LED lighting to illuminate the tombstone and head.

Disney HM Lovers - This is a very Disney-esque prop - hence the reason I built it :)

Nearly new, may have a few cob webs and dust - otherwise its almost new (maybe activated 20X over 2 days)

Attacking Spider (HUGE)

Technically this is brand new as the spider was used as a static prop for only 2 days, but the mechanism is brand new (the valve bank is very lightly used), and controller is 100% brand new.
The Attacking Spider is driven by a 3 movement "arm" enabling the spider to move independently in 3 ways: lifts off the ground, tilts to attack, then lunges forward at your viewers before spraying water at desired intervals.

The spider is a Distortions Unlimited oversized Black Widow ($120 + $50 inship) and was modified by inserting 5/16" steel rods into each leg and a steel subframe in the body. The leg armatures are heavy duty, but when the prop moves, the legs and body bounce with a cool lifelike motion. The spider is HUGE - nearly 5 feet wide (leg tip to tip) and the body is approximately 24" long.

Includes custom pre-programmed controller (with PIR-infrared sensor), 110V relay for switched lighting (turns on a 110V light or strobe during attack movements) movement platform, all wiring & pneumatics (SMC 24V DC valve bank - est value $400), DC High Volume Spitter Mechanism, and spider.

Skull Chandelier

This skull chandelier is a very cool heavy duty prop that will look great in any haunt. It is built out of resin and fiber reinforcements and weights approx 50lbs.

It has been modified with an SD flicker Circuit and real wax candles, so it appears to have burning candles.

One of the "arms" was damaged, but was fixed (re fiberglassed and reinforced internally) and is not noticeable.

DC Spitter Mechanism

The DC Spitter mechanism is the mechanical device that allows for a animatronic to spray water at viewers when triggered.

Simply run mechanism upwards through the props body, place nozzle into the mouth, and submerge the feeder tube (purple) into water (1-5 gallon recommended, but works great in a barrel prop where the reservoir is part of the prop).

When triggered, water will siphon from reservoir, and a fine mist of water will shoot between 6-12' out of the mechanism tip.

Kit includes 12V valve, back flow prevention valve, 10' tubing, and feeder system.

DC Ankle Tickler

The DC ankle tickler features six 12" silicon whips that erratically whip around your viewers feet.

Controlled via hand held trigger or with an animation controller (controller is user programmable, extremely easy!).

To operate, simply secure mechanism behind or on wall (you will need to drill 6 3/8" holes thru wall if mechanism is located behind wall), apply pressure to main air inlet (runs off 60-120 PSI) and plug in power supply.

To actuate the manual ankle tickler, simply push hand held trigger button and whips will begin to whip around erratically.

Kit includes 24V valve, 6' supply hose, six 14" whips, hand held controller with 12' of wire and air supply hose w/ 1/4" NPT male fitting.

Spitting Rat Pop-up

The spitting rat is a custom light lifter that launches a 18" tall latex rat up 24"and slightly towards its viewers. In addition, it sprays a mist of water up to 6' (at 120PSI).

The rats unique design allows for low resting height, but rises throughout its travel with the mouth pointing slightly upwards to spray your viewers at chest level. Rat is adhered to the lifter via a steel sub frame and filled with urethane foam for years of use.

DC Mini Air Cannon

Similar to other manufacturers cannons, but at a fraction of the price, the DC mini air cannon delivers a large blast of air that is guaranteed to startle without blowing out your viewers eardrums.

To use this mechanism, simply mount the bracket to a stable wall, apply power to the valve, attach an air source (ie your air compressor line, not included), allow the tank to fill (60-80PSI recommended), push the trigger button and BANG!!!!!!!!
Out fires half a gallon of compressed air in less then a half second.

The DC Cannon also has the option of being fully automated with an AM1 realtime controller which includes an infrared sensor and easy to program sequence. For this automated version, choose "Automated Air Cannon" button below. Automated version replaces the hand held trigger with a sensor, but a hand held trigger is available upon request for an additional charge.

LED Strip Light

Specifications:

Great for low voltage lighting and for concealing lights in tight spaces. Easily integrated into our 12V props, so with some simple wiring add light to your prop without the need of extra 110V wire and sockets.

High brightness LED strip come in either a 8 OR 24 LED configuration. They are fully waterproof, and have been tested for performance and durability in extreme heat, vibration, and are completely shatterproof. All LED Cluster are packed in sealed anti-static bag.
