* Note: Custom project orders must be received prior to August 1st 2011 to insure delivery before October 15th (*this date may be different due to the complexity of a project, and may change at any time to ensure all clients receive the best service we can offer).

Animated Characters

	Goblin Pumpkin Pop up This mechanism was a custom design for a client that wanted an animated goblin face to lift out of an oversized pumpkin. Click here for more info.			Devil The devil is a fully animated character that lifts 36" upwards out of a steel sub framed cornstalk bundle click for more info
	Animated Mourner The animated mourner is a multi-movement animatronic character that extends 24" towards her victims, before spinning 180 degrees, stands up to 6.5' and thrusts her arms outwards. Movements all synced with audio. Click here for more info			Grim Reaper The "grim Reaper" incorporates 8 individual arm and head movements on top of a servo driven jaw. Double Click for more info
	Animated Talking Skull The only pneumatic driven skull on the market today. The animated skull has moving jaw, 90 degree head turn, and head tilt and lift.			Animated Granny The animated granny rocks slowly until triggered, at which time she begins screaming, stands up to 6.5' lifts her head and extends her arms outwards towards her victim. click for more info

	Jack in the box This mechanism was a custom design for a client that wanted multiple startles in one package. Click here for more info.			Corpse Leaper The corpse high lifter is a multiple movement startle prop that raises a skeletal torso to a max height of 9' then lunges its arms outwards as a secondary startle. 	Corpse Pukers Designed for a death rap group that needed two stage props to spray blood 10+ feet onto the crowd. click for more info			Exorcist The exorcist was a barrel prop created as a show piece for the guys at Parallax. Click here for more info.
	Leaping Corpse Designed for a repeat client that wanted multiple startles along with alot of motion, the corpse leaper was the answer. Click here for more info.			Skeletal Organist This is the original motor driven Skeletal Organist design that was completely rebuilt to house a first quality bucky. Click here for more info
	Corpse Extender The corpse extender launches a full sized skeleton body form 6' towards its victims. Can be easily accessorized with lights fog and sound. Double click image for more info			Barrel Spitter The barrel spitter incorporates our barrel lifter and in this case a "Bucky" skeleton torso that we welded onto the lifter. We integrated posable steel arms, and our spitter mechanism and ran all connections through the base of the barrel to conceal all hoses. Click here for more info
	Corpse Erectors The corpse erectors are modified versions of our stock torso erectors, with ghost ride half back body forms foamed onto custom armatures. Double click image for more info			Jacuzzi Skeleton Lifter The jacuzzi spitter is a variation of our horizontal lifter that incorporated a skeletal torso and our spitter mechanism. 	Skeleton Erector The skeleton erector is a complex movement platform that allows for a full sized skeleton to go from a 12" height to a 6' height in just seconds. Double click image for more info			Skele Slammer The Skeleton slammer is a modified less violent version of our window slammer. This version rises and lunges up and towards a window. click for more info
	Spitting Corpse The spitting corpse design is a combination of our heavy duty lifter, spitter mechanism, and a simple controller that controlled movement, fog, the spitting action, and a strobe light. click for more info			Distance Spitter The distance spitter is a variation of our vertical lifter and spitter mechanism. Both were revised to create a skeleton that lifted out of a barrel and shot water over a pathway into another tub. Click here for more info
	Thrashing Corpse The thrashing corpse is a multi movement animatronic prop that grasps a barred fence, and bites at his victims as he lunges back and forth shaking the fence. click for more info			Skeleton Table Leaper Designed to eject a full size corpse that is suspended inside a standard living room table framework. Corpse is un-viewable from sides and underneath. Double click image for more info

	Spitting Spider The spitting spider is a multi element prop that lunges 5' towards its victims while spraying a fine mist of water up to 10 additional feet. Click here for more info			Horizontal Spider Extender The horizontal extender is similar to our vertical lifter, but with a few modifications. This mechanism was designed to launch 24" outwards at viewers ankles and carried a 24" spider that incorporated a steel armature and urethane foam fill for durability. Click here for more info.
	Hell Hound Scissor Extender 4' extender with sound designed to animate clients Hell Hound latex prop. Extender was designed to clients specifications to fit within a specified area, and when triggered would play devilish hound sounds. Click here for more info			Pop Up Spitting Cobra The pop up cobra spitter lifts 20" and towards its victim before spraying a fine mist of air 10'. Double click image for more info
	Pop Up Spitting Rat The pop up spitting rat lifts 20" and towards its victim before spraying a fine mist of air 10'. Click here for more info			Cobra pop-up Spitter Similar to our first cobra but this project incorporated a much more complex control system with additional add on lighting. click for more info
	Pop-up Spitting Python This project was designed to lift a large python out of a wine barrel. Python lifted up 28" and sprayed a fine mist of water approx. 10'. click for more info			Goblin Vertical / Horizontal Extender Designed to animate a commercial prop - Prop ejects out and upwards from underneath a larger props costuming. click for more info

Drunken Pirate

The drunken pirate is a motor driven animation that pivots to create a swaying motion while faux liquid pours down its chest.

Rocking Shovels

A simple animation as graveyard eye candy. The shovels rock slowly with all motors and mechanics hidden within fiberglass rocks.

Pirate Captain

The pirate captain is a motor driven animation that steers an animated steering wheel while a fan blows his hair to simulate steering a ship thru a storm.

The rocking chair prop is a simple motor driven animation that houses a gear driven motor hidden within its frame to provide a constant rocking motion.

Static Props

Gargoyle

This gargoyle is custom sculpted and cast with a fiberglass shell and rigid foam fill. Fog piping was run through the base of the gargoyle and out the mouth, with a custom fog trap that allowed moisture to be released without damaging the fogger.

Drinking Skeleton

The drinking skeleton was a clients design that needed an upgrade. DC created a heavy base for stability as well as a custom armature to pose the skeleton. We also plumbed tubing up the body and drilled out a beer bottle to accept the armature as well as water outlet.

	Gilderfluke Controller Board Custom controller board with 24v and 110v outputs and 2 integrated audio players (sound recorders). Controller is triggered via a push button trigger, and all wiring is done externally for ease of operation			Microcontroller Control Board with PIR sensor & Audio
	Standard Push Button Trigger Controller			Interchangeable Push button/ Infrared sensor/ Beam switch controller.
	64 Output portable Midi Controller			Fixed 128 Output Midi Rack mount enclosure with 16 channel audio output.

Mechanisms

	Coffin Mover Designed for a professional haunted house to provide the illusion of ghostly paul bearers floating a coffin out of a church entry way.			Torso Erector w/ arms Designed originally as our standard torso erector, client requested arms be added that use the sale lift cylinder to extend the arms as the torso raised. 	Erratic Body Kicker The erratic body kicker was designed to simulate a person being hung. Each leg kicks independently simulating last life movemnts. Click here for more info			4 Bar Lifter for heavy pop-up Designed to customer specifications, the 4 bar lifter raises a prop of choice from 12" to 48" using a single small bore cylinder. The props lifter base also remains parallel to the ground at all times throughout travel. Click here for more info
	Stump Jumper pneumatic lifter Built for the use in a customers version of the DC stump jumper, the stump jumper lifter is a welded frame armature with an enclosed guide rail			Drop Panel Designed to the clients specifications, the DC Drop panel features a square welded steel frame with poly guide rails and 24" stroke pneumatic cylinder. 	Trash Can Corpse Lifter The trash can corpse lifter was designed after the famous "trash can trauma" prop, but revised to create a mechanism that would last for years and be plug and play. Click here for more info			Upside Down Torso Kicker The upside down torso kicker was deigned with special connection linkages to create more realistic lifelike movement instead of the industry standard single movement. 	Vertical Lifter The DC Vertical Lifter was designed for use inside a wine barrel or a container that cannot support the force exhausted by a pneumatic device. Click here for more info			Large Extender Extender designed to flail a 25lb prop from a starting distance of 12" to 8'
	Crate Beast Platform The crate beast platform is a movement platform designed to fit inside a clients wooden crate to create an animated effect to a once static prop.			Falling Trees Mechanism Built for a professional haunt to give the illusion of two large trees cracking and falling towards the viewers
	Lowering Spiked Ceiling Mechanism designed for a professional haunt to physically lower a spiked ceiling down towards its captive viewers.			Door Opening Mechanisms Designed for a pro haunt to allow for remote opening and closing of large barn doors in a real time setting.
	Corpse Flyer Designed for a local professional haunt to animate 2 swinging doors. Opening to expose a large character before lunging the character towards the viewers and 4' into the air.			Drop Panel Designed to fit into a prebuilt column. Features 22" of extremly fast panel drop with a slow retraction. Panel is removable from the steel frame. Click here for more info

Miscellaneous

	Creature Reacher click for more info			Pneumatic Webber Pneumatic webber (aka hot glue gun webber). Uses a high temp, switch able temp glue gun and adjustable flow rate. This gun was designed by request to use long glue sticks instead of shorts for ease of us
	Pirate Cannon Scaled pirate cannon fires fog, and lighted concussion blast)			Ankle Biter Simple yet effective scare device that is triggered via manual switch that runs along a base board and when triggered, soft whips erratically squirm around spraying air. Built per customers specifications. (12' long, whip every 12")
	Bug Spitter's Designed to simulate bugs spitting from both sides of a walkway.			Mini Air Cannon Similar to our full sized cannon, but easier to conceal and not as ear piercing.
	3 Stooges Animated trio pop up characters for trade shows as to demonstrate the potential of our clients prop controllers.			Iron Cemetery Sign Designed and fabricated for a local haunt as realistic eye candy.
