Skeletal Body form
Designed to replace the commonly used Bucky Skeleton (especially in animations,
where weight is an issue) this light weight body form is 5' 9" and
weighs approximately 10 lbs. Made with professional BJB 5 lb self skinning
foam, without latex coating, so posing the form is much easier. Applying
a latex "skin" is recommended, and easily done by brushing latex
onto the form.
A 1" square tube can be inserted into the body form, via the crotch
area to attach a mechanism. All joints, except toes, can be posed (including
each individual finger).
Body form can be easily cut and modified to fit any application.

This lightweight skeletal form is approximately 5’10" and weighs in around 10 lbs. "Bones" is cast with professional BJB 5lb density flexible self skinning foam. The skeleton is sculpted 360 degrees with the exception of the rear torso, upper arms and upper legs (which are completely hidden with tattered and weathered clothing). The rear of the torso is complimented with an exposed square steel tube that is ideal for welding onto or attaching to existing mechanisms. "Bones" includes a 1/4" steel rod armature running throughout the entire skeleton with detachable skull and lower legs for easy storage. Comes non-painted or pre-painted by industry professionals. Each one is extremely detailed and ready to display in your haunt.

PIR Sensor
Passive Infrared Sensor for use with haunt controllers (includes 12' flexible wire).
* PIR's require a controller to accept their pulse signal. Connecting a
PIR to anything over 9V will destroy the PIR and will not result in a prop
actuation. These PIR's are only for use with haunt controllers that provide
connections for PIR's.

Hand Held manual
push button trigger
Hand held trigger for use with 9-48V DC props
(these are rated for use with 120V but not recommended).
Must be hard wired into the ground wire, in the same way you would a household
light switch. Basically cut the ground wire, and connect one wire of the
trigger to one end of the cut wire, and the other wire of the controller
into the remaining side of the cut wire.
If purchased with a DC mechanism, upon request, we will wire in the hand
held trigger for you at no additional charge.

Manifold for standard 4 way valve
Standard base mount manifold for above valves. Includes all mounting hardware
and gaskets and has 1/4"NPT inlet and exhaust ports for supply air.

Connection uses the body ports on the face of the valve to conect to cylinders,
and a main inlet for connection af all valves to your air source. Simply
attach valves to manifol, and screw in all fittings. Airline fittings
not included, but avail below (you'll need 1 bag of each 1/8" NPT
and 1/4" NPT, specify thread and tubing size when ordering).

Sticking with 1/4" tubing is almost always a safe standard. (ie 1/4"

Switch Mat
CVP Mats use field-proven ribbon switch technology, which eliminates the need for plates or screen mesh switching elements. They operate as normally open switches and can be used to control relays, lights or alarms from a low voltage source. CVP Mats can function as hidden switches when placed under carpeting or matting.
All units are tested at 1 ampere, 115 volts ac. For floor switching, however, 24 volts or lower is strongly recommended.
